Overview
ApexKraft ("we", "us", "our") develops iOS applications. This policy explains how our apps handle your information. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data to anyone, ever.
Data we do not collect
Our apps are built privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal identification — name, email, phone number
- Location history or GPS logs of any kind
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Health, fitness, or activity data
- Contacts, photos, or any personal files
App-specific data handling
Speed-O-Meter — uses your device's GPS to calculate and display your current speed in real time. Location data is processed entirely on-device and is never stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere. No location history is retained between sessions. The app requests location permission only while actively in use.
Third-party services
Our apps contain no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media trackers. When you download our apps from the App Store, Apple's standard privacy practices apply. See Apple's privacy policy for how they process download and purchase data.
Contact form data
If you use the support form on this website, we collect only what you voluntarily provide — your name, email, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party.
Children's privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Our apps are not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top will change. We'll note significant changes here.
